Roles and responsibilities: - Develops code, tests, and debugs new applications
- Write programs based on system specifications
- Involved in analyzing system/software code to detect any bugs in the application code and may be responsible to debug, test, and deploy system fixes
- Performs maintenance on existing programs and makes enhancements to applications based on user requirements
- Support existing applications and processes
- Resolves customer issues with applications and responds to client group requests
- Understands and demonstrates the importance of customers to the organization's success
- Other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor
