Roles and
responsibilities:
1.
Design and develop automated and manual test
cases for NAVEX Global’s industry leading compliance solution.
2.
Execute automated and automated manual test
suites in support of iterative development schedules.
3.
Provide early feedback on new features via
requirements and software inspection.
4.
Document, review, and validate corrections for
customer reported defects and feature requests.
5.
Communicate progress, risks and test coverage
effectively.
6.
Collaborate with the (client) Services team to
determine the severity and priority of customer reported issues.
7.
Investigate, analyze and make recommendations
to management regarding technology improvements, upgrades and modifications
regarding the application development process.
8.
Provide Root Cause Analysis of defects
substantiated with device logs and Over-the-air Capture Files
9.
Configure test devices and set up test
environments.
10.
Mentor QA Technicians in technical matters
11.
Implement improvements in test methods and
strategies.
12.
Escalate quality concerns to direct report
13.
Perform functional, system integration, user
acceptance, pre-production testing and documentation of test results.
